Attain IVF Refund Program
Our refund program is a course-of-treatment plan that comes with a money-back component if you don’t have a baby. This option provides peace of mind that comes with the ability to preserve your financial resources if treatment is unsuccessful.

  • Includes up to six IVF cycles (three fresh and three frozen)
  • Single, discounted fee that’s about 40% less than if you were to pay for the same treatment plan on a cycle-by-cycle basis
  • To take part, you will need to meet certain medical criteria. Over 75% of women who apply to the program are eligible to join
  • Offers a refund of up to 70% if treatment is unsuccessful or you are withdrawn from the program

Attain IVF Freeze-All Multi-Cycle

If your doctor recommends a “freeze all” embryo treatment plan with transfers during a different cycle, we have a financial solution for that, too.

  • Includes up to 2 Freeze-All IVF/ICSI cycles and 2 Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET)
  • Single, discounted fee that’s about 30% less than if you were to pay for the same treatment plan on a cycle-by-cycle basis
  • Available at select fertility centers in the Attain Fertility® Network
